Gore did a fantastic job for us! They were extremely responsive and aggressively priced. The technicians were personable and professional and made sure to educate us on what was being done. They replaced our entire HVAC system in one day, registered the new system, and cleaned the work site afterward. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for excellent customer service!

He made getting my heating system inspected and safety inspection for the pending cold weather look easy. Had Gore come out for an estimate. Absolutely professional and detailed with many great options. Punctual and polite. Highly recommend them at this point. Rates are comparable and fair. Just had them complete the install. You couldn't even tell they had been here aside from the new unit. Very professional and courteous. Kept me informed throughout the install. Works beautifully. Just had the yearly service done on both my units as one hasn’t been done in a while. Great service with that as well. Just had them out for an issue we were having and they took care of it for us seamlessly. Great work and very appreciated. Highly recommend them. Thanks Gore Team.

Not so happy. One of the only places to charge a service call which will be applied to the actual service being conducted. $95 bucks gone, I was told that the work could be completed but he didn't have the fittings on the truck. I was told by the receptionist that all the trucks are fully stocked, NOPE. This is a simple job to connect a full propane tank to the copper line going into the house. Ill do it myself!!!. And why does it take 8 days to get a quote and in this case no quote? Go to Blantons!

I can’t thank Josh and his team enough for all of the hard work they did at my home. From the easy scheduling, professionalism, the knowledge on their first visit, to the installation everything went amazing. I would recommend Gore to anyone who needed an AC company.

Hey Nick, instead of leaving a long detail of my Review of your Company I’ll just ask when are you going to finish the install of my HVAC system on the side of my house. It’s missing a simple cover that you were going to order a year ago. I’m also missing 2 pieces of siding that the installers removed. If that wasn’t enough I’m still waiting for a refund of $266 on your annual service program that you charged to my credit card without my approval. Unfortunately, I can not give your company a good rating for your poor customer service. After several VM you still won’t return my calls.

Gore installed a new gas unit, a little over a year ago. Two professional companies came out, one was called and the other, just happened to be at the wrong home, they both stated The Unit Was Not Installed Properly. It Was Not Sealed, No Screws or Gauge Was Placed On The Unit. Therefore, I Was Given A Scam Job. Woe Be Unto This So Called Company, May They Be Justly Dealt With!! I Have Requested Photos, Which Will Be Uploaded Once Received.

Josh Adams came out to uninstall the fireplace insert. I’ve been trying to get it repaired for years and the cost is way too high . It appears to be a simple repair, but I can’t find anyone to do it without charging a lot of money. I hope that the unit can be recycled and that someone else can enjoy it as I did. Josh was able to close down all the gas lines in an efficient manner.
